| Holiday Accommodation - Standard Terms & Conditions | |||
| 1.
A deposit of 50% of the letting cost is payable at the time of making the booking. Money should be paid by CHEQUE or BANKER’S DRAFT (drawn on a London clearing bank and made payable to Beau Street Apartments) or BANK TRANSFER (on condition that all the transfer charges are borne by the visitor). International customers. For international bank transfers, the IBAN (international bank number) is GB75 NWBK 6024 7717 9571 68 and the SWIFTBIC is NWBK GB 2L. For internal UK bank transfers (BACS): NatWest Bank at PO Box 4115, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 4DF (sort code 60-24-77); Beau Street Apartments (a/c no. 17957168). |

| 2. The balance of the letting charge is to be paid not later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking and is not refundable in the event of subsequent cancellation. | |||
| 3.
Cancellation Policy: If the booking is cancelled before the balance is paid, we will make every effort to re-let the booking, and if we succeed, there will be an administration fee of £50. However, if we are unable to re-let the booking, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total letting charge. We recommend that you consider holiday insurance to cover cancellation. If you are interested in buying cancellation insurance this can be provided by www.rothwellandtowler.co.uk. |

| 4. Where a booking is for less than 7 days, the total letting charge is payable at the time of booking. | |||
| 5. The letting cost includes bed linen, towels and tea towels; gas and electricity; wi-fi internet access, and parking permit. |

| 6. We regret that no pets are allowed in the apartments nor smoking. | |||
| 7. All bookings are to commence on a Friday unless otherwise agreed. Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time, 10.30am. | |||
| 8.
We shall not be responsible for damages or compensation in circumstances which amount to force majeure.
